Comments have a wrong time (minus 1 hour) on one of my sites.

Since in German the plurals of seconds, minutes, days,.. do not end with the same letter, I am forced to use the option to use wordpress time. This however, prints out wrong dates. Everywhere else on the page the dates/times are correct.

Somehow the script replaces the content of all instances instead of the active one. Perhaps it is related to the unique IDs of the elements or something like that, which makes me hope that there is a way to solve this problem.

I had the same problems with videos on category-pages and the fix worked for me.
