Hi,

I happen to have the same issue, that of having no category showing in the Products By Category block. However, when selecting attributes, the list of attributes does show. Any suggestions please? Thanks.

Issue still persisted after plugin reinstallation. The following error was noticed, SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property ‘doAction’ of undefined or null reference [heartbeat.min.js (2,1185)] and SCRIPT5009: ‘wpvivid_initialize_restore’ is undefined [script block (6) (3,1)]

Does this give you a better indication of what the issue might be?

I currently have a drop down menu in my online form, however, despite all fields worked, the drop down menu remained empty when the online form was converted to PDF format. Are drop down menus supported or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.
