Yes, like Benni said, your website is infected with malware. Besides the guides that were mentioned, good resources are also security plugins like WordFence or MalCare.

Personally, I have only played around with the last one for my school website but then reading about GDPR and such maybe me temp shelf the project. So, I’m not the best person to answer the question which one is the best to replace… but maybe others?

Like Marius said, that only replaces the core files. If you want more, plugins like WP Reset are a great start. There are also other similar plugins if you want/need.
