However, the buy now with paypal-button is still showing.

I was also wondering:
I am norwegian, and my wordpress is in Norwegian. Therefore, “messages” from woocommerce and to the website are also in norwegian. This is not so important, but on the /butikk site, it says “viser det ene resultatet”. it basically means that it is showing one result. is it possible to translate this, or remove it?

Yes, there is only one item so far. Under the item (and i guess every item when i add more) there is this blue button, called “kj?p” (buy). It is visible here:

the trick was to aff the local pickup option to the same shipping zone as the other shipping method, like you said. I had added a local zone, but that did not work. However, your solution did, and i am ever grateful!
Thank you so much for helping me with this. The “buy now with paypal” option in the item description page does not offer local pickup, but i am trying to remove this button in some way anyway. the paypal option in the shopping cart works, so thats no problem.

I did some gooling, but I did not really understand how i find the class for things. Do i use a html / css inspector and look for words that I guess is associated with the buttons and try?

I have disabled plugins, and i have undone and redone the shipping zones. I have a local free pickup zone, it shows at the payment site. However, it does not show in the shopping cart, so it is very misleading.

Now: it works like this:

there is a buy-button directely under each item in the gallery. i am trying to remove this one.
Then, if one press the thumbnail, there is a buy-button, and a pay now with paypal-buttom. I want to remove the paypal button, because once inside paypal, it is not possible to choose local pickup.

Then, if one presses “buy” it goes to the shopping cart, which is fine. from here, you go to payment site, and here the real trouble begin. there is only a fixed shipping, BUT regarding payment you can pay on delivery or use paypal. However, if one choose pay on delivery, there is still the fixed fee. So, one can buy without using paypal, but the shipping rate is there anyway. But, there are costumers who want to pay with paypal but still pickup. This does not work.

a little afraid to deactivate the theme: i have done so many small css changes to it, will it go missing?

Regarding the paypal button: not sure if i understand. i just use woocommerce, and ive read the documentation, however, i cannot find a way to hide it. i want to hide it of aestethic reasons, but more importantly; if people jump right on it, they will not be able to choose local pickup at all. i tried…

But, one more question?

Because, in the shop front page, there is this gallery, and under each item there is a buy-button. This no longer works (or, it takes you to the shopping cart, wich is empty). Is it possible to remove this button? So that people have to press the image and be at the item-page when they buy and not the front page?

PS I checked in inkognito mode. the fee is added anyway, and does not go away even if i check pickup at the bottom of the page. This is also weird: the shipping options should be listed on top of the page: now one has to scroll dowm to the bottom to see the pickup alternative.

I checked now: if one choose check out, the shipping fee automatically adds. If I choose “pickup” it does not go away. This is soo sad, because most of my costumers will pay at the website, but pick up. I checked the settings, did not find anything to change there.

Hi! I used only sitemap.xml, but that did not work either. Super confused, have not had this problem before.
It just says that google could not get in, under status.

I have changed permalinks, but still no luck. And I tried the old version, no luck there either. I think the problem is that I don′t really understand sitemaps. I do not know what part of the link or which of the links that are correct.
