In reply to: [Facebook] Feature requestI know, that’s why I asked to consider adding this feature.
This is a sole purpose I could not use your plugin for my sites. We have long time commenters who stay away from any social networks and we value their voice.
Donncha O Caoimh – yes it is
However it appeared that settings were recorded in the wrong place and Super Cache simply did not see them when processing files. Found it by accident.
Sorry for alert and thank you.
Here is debug for a file edit – see sequence. It deletes all cache files first and then tries to delete the page.
19:47:02 /wp-admin/post.php Post change: deleting cache files in /usr/sites/maidan/www/wp-content/cache/supercache/maidan.org.ua/

19:47:02 /wp-admin/post.php wp_cache_post_id_gc clearing cache in /usr/sites/maidan/www/wp-content/cache/supercache/maidan.org.ua/2012/05/serhij-zhadan-balotuvatymetsya-do-verhovnoji-rady/page/.Follow up. Preloading looks like starts (not reflected in debug files though, deduced it from files created in cache dir). However since its a busy site and new posts or comments are added often – every new edit clears the cache and the sense of preloading is lost.
Is there any way to stop WP from clearing the cache every time? I though that is what done with preload function? Apparently it isn’t.
I have CentOS based LAMP and could provide access to files if needed.
I want to confirm here too that I have tried all suggested solutions and nothing works. Preloading does not even start.
I have latest WP version and tried both development version of Super Cache and latest release.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] [Plugin: WP Super Cache] Preload not workingI want to confirm there is an issue. Preloading does not work at all. Error in debug mode says
18:28:00 /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wpsupercache&tab=preload supercache dir: /usr/sites/maidan/www/wp-content/cache/supercache/maidan.org.ua/wp-admin/options-general.php/
Preloading does not work at all, all it does – it clears cache.
@admintiger What is the trick with virtual hosting? Maybe you’d share? I run my own dedicated server and have access to whatever.
Thanks

Thank you all! I have the same issue with deleted category. Had to select all and deselect again.
It would be nice to have this issue fixed some day!

In reply to: [Restrict Categories] Support for WP 3.2?Does not work for me either – 3.2
Does any theme allow changing order of post items printout at all? Physical order I mean, not CSS styles?
Can I print byline before header for example?
Thanks
NZSorry, it’s not CSS or theme – there is no option in themes (as far as I see) to change order of putput of excerpt fields – to put byline after image for example.
Maybe I am mistaken, but where in theme I can do it?
I definitely cannot change order of items printout with CSS. Or add HTML tags to printout.
