I will add that I would also like to use the select options as my email title, but seeing “i-have-a-pre-sales-question” as the email subject line is just weird. Can code to fix this?

Same problem! I tried to post about it yesterday and my support ticket is not showing up, so all I can do is comment on others.

I am also getting an error with guzzlehttp and Gmail SMTP and they said it is due to Pixel Caffien.

I argued with Mailchimp support for 3 weeks about this and they insist it is related to the source, and they kept mentioning the plugin. Here is some of what they have been saying:

“The issue, as we’ve been discussing is not with the layout of the email itself, however the featured image’s size that is being inserted by the *|RSSITEM:IMAGE|* merge tag.”

“The Mailchimp application is functioning as expected with regard to properly pulling information from your feed into the campaign. While not ideal in this case, it is expected and documented behavior for the *|RSSITEM:IMAGE|* to not have image sizes constrained once pulled into the campaign. As the image size issues are due to how the image is being formatted on your feed, we are unable to credit for that.”

I guess I feel like with millions of users of WordPress and Mailchimp…I would not be the only person in the world trying to do this, and I feel very confused. If it’s not related to you, then I thank you for your help. If you have any great ideas, I would be truly grateful.

Hey I just wanted to say that I came here to report the same issue, but it was Loom! I deactivated the Loom extension and it works!

What in the world are you talking about? I am not stupid. I would never ever share login info here. Notice that I did not offer to do that, but simply stated that I could share that with them meaning that we can take this conversation to their website support portal. And there would be no way to see this issue without being logged in, so again, I’m not that stupid.

I’ll wait for the replay from the plugin support.

Perfect! I did also, I had heard that they were fixing bugs from 3rd party plugins. I’ll wait to see what happens in an update!

Like I said, the images are being cropped and this still looks nothing like the demo Design 6 – 3) Variable Width. There’s nothing more I could say. Each image needs to be sized to fit, not get cropped.

This is still not correct, the images are not fitting like the demo. The height was being cropped, so I tried image_fit=”true” and that’s what is showing now, but still not right. It seems like the images are not being made smaller to fit but instead cropping.

Sorry, but that advice was poor. The article is 7 months old and the information and steps are very messed up. There is no option to “reclaim” a Facebook page. Also, note that no one has marked the post as “helpful” which means I’m not alone here.
