Sorry for not replying earlier. I tried suggested solution, but unfortunately it did not work. Erasing fields in options.php did absolutely nothing for our site.

Thanks for the reply. While I do understand this might be easier from the coding side, it’s actually punishing the customers from the sales perspective.

If someone is to add a third product, we are punishing him for adding it by giving him a smaller discount.

Is there a way we can set up the processing so it actually discounts every second item in cart (when sorted by price)?

I’d like to process items in batches of two, not three. Promotion states “get X% off on every second, cheaper item”.

I’d expect it to bundle items into batches of 2 (sorted by price) and apply the discount to the cheapest of the two (not three). In case there are three items, just ignore the third.

Here is an example:
Item A – $100
Item B – $50
Item C – $10
I’d like item B to be discounted instead of C.

The whole question is – what is the secondary delimiter recognized by the importer? And the second one is – how to export draft products as well? The exporter is currently exporting only published products…

I am using Google docs. These files used to work well with the premium CSV import plugin from WooThemes, but it’s not working with now built-in importer.

Humm.. Wouldn’t that break the cell into separate cells?
My CSV is formatted to use commas as delimiters, but I need to split out entries within a single cell/row…
