Hi Emily, we’re testing out the WooCommerce Tax & Shipping plugin and it needs to connect to Jetpack on a Dev/Staging site so we’d rather not publish the URL.

I tried switching to the official WooCommerce “storefront” theme and it still did not connect to Jetpack with the same error message coming up.

Is there a way to file a ticket that we could include the Dev URL and setup a temp admin account?

Hi @philsbury thanks so much for an awesome plugin and your answer.

You’re right I forgot to mention that it takes you to the page URL you’re normally on already.

So would I add your code to “age-gate.php” file or to the functions file of the active WP Theme?

I got on with Stripe Support on chat they helped me figure it out. You have to make sure your sites are added to the Managed (Registered) Domains in the Stripe Merchant Dashboard.

There are both a regular Managed Domains and an Apple Pay specific one but supposedly they are deprecating the Apple Pay one but I still added it in case that made a difference.

Where Stripe Support told me to de-activate and re-activate (and save settings each time) in the Apple Pay settings in the Stripe plugin is when it finally started working.

The Apple Pay button now appears on both Shoptimzier (CommerceGurus) and WooCommerce Storefront themes now.

I think we figured it out. Some of our product titles are more than 127 characters long and it’s getting an error from that.
