The before mentioned issue is more important, but whenever I cap the content archives on a website to XX characters, the calender stops showing.

The event page: https://makelaar-drenthe.nl/sbrmx/events/

Category Motorcross: https://makelaar-drenthe.nl/sbrmx/events/categorie/motorcross/

Subcategory GP: https://makelaar-drenthe.nl/sbrmx/events/categorie/motorcross/gp/

So as you can see, the event “Test2” will show on the main page and the motorcross page, but not on the GP page even though it is in that subcategory. (It will show a text saying it’s empty)

Your second method worked fine. Thanks for the link so I can dig deeper into this. ??

Putting <?php wp_footer(); ?> before the </body> tag solved my issue.

Page footer gives:
Critical: Call to wp_footer(); is missing! It should appear directly before </body>

The other two don’t give errors but no pop-up.

It’s a custom theme.
