Thanks for the reply, I was thinking the same thing. That more people should be affected by this problem if it was either the WP or plugin.

The PHP version on the server is 5.2.17, I have no idea if that is up to date. I honestly know nothing about servers. I have provided those links to the server manager.

Over the last couple of days, the person who set up the server has been searching for a solution but so far they haven’t been able to find anything. They say that something between the plugin and WP isn’t connecting.

To me that sounds a little bit strange because everything is up to date, the wordpress install and the plugin and I have a different website on a different server which works perfectly.

So if anyone has any ideas let me know!

I have contacted the webhost and they will check it out for me and report back. I’ll let you know if it’s fixed or not.

I have had contact with my server host and the problem is solved, one of their configurations was too strict which caused the problem.

Thank you for your answer, I thought it would be but I wanted to be … well more sure that it was before contacting them.
