In reply to: [Stripe Payment Plugin for WooCommerce] Says API key is wrong…It is this kind of support that wastes Everyone’s time. I clearly state that I’ve entered them multiple times.

can you smell sarcasm?Don’t miss me again…please? ??
Thank you Nikola for getting back on this.
I found that option and it did correct that issue although I have another shortcode question…
What short code would put the image above the text on the archives pages?
If you scroll down to the last section before the footer on https://hope.wyomingwp.com/ you’ll see the image is on the left and cutoff. How do I get that to appear as on the demo site, image above the text? Also, on the sermons page it’s the same…images to the left and one column.
The reason this site is so short of pages is that I’m trying to get this presentation of the sermons to look like the demo of the Multiply theme so I can sell the Multiply theme to a local church without actually sending them to the Multiply theme website.
Thanks
Anyone?
Wow…Really? Haha…
Have a nice day.
I am very sorry for your 15 minutes! I feel your pain since I spent 3 years writing and supporting the plugin to receive the reviews like this.
Really? It’s called a review for a reason and this was my experience. And the answer… Ya, not congruent with support people I want to work with… zero empathy towards the end user (client) experience at all.
I’m happy your plugin has lasted 3yrs, cudos to you, but the lack of a save button still makes it ‘not’ user friendly nor ‘intuitive’. It may be native WP in ‘some’ areas to auto-save but lack of a save button when trying to create a ‘group’ of images simply confuses people, even people who’ve been doing this stuff for a while not to mention having to explain it to a client.
Honestly, good luck man…
Figured out what it wasn’t seeing in the short code but still seeing the sidebar on the sermons page. It’s being pushed to below the sermons.

In reply to: [Addons & Templates for Elementor by Sizzify Lite] Breaks other widgetHi @tobbehj… if this is indeed the case and all is well, I’m sure @themeisle would greatly appreciate an adjustment of your rating, of course, if you agree. While I am a pro user of Elementor with multiple licenses, the 3rd party dev’s expand our market as developers so businesses who can’t afford all the fancy stuff at least get a shot at some of the fancy stuff…if you know what I mean. Thank you Themeisle.
Have a Great Day!
Actually, I changed to a different Stripe plugin.
I DID contact Tom at GeneratePress to let him know and he too thought it odd. There’s no rhyme nor reason that a payment gateway should be affected by a theme….especially when the payment plugin is directly using the Stripe API.
GeneratePress is one of the highest rated themes in the WP World… I’m pretty sure that this issue is much more than GP related and it’s cost me a ton of money over the holidays. I should have switched long ago.
Sorry.
It’s GeneratePress….as I stated before. There’s also a link to my site.
https://unglove.meYes…and not one of the most popular themes on the planet… What happened?
Ya…I did this… and at first it appeared to be no change but there is.
Why and HOW could GeneratePress Theme be messing with a checkout process?
