Thank you for your response.

The add to cart issue on mobile doesn’t seem to be a problem on the product page, only the main shop page or when clicking items below on the products page.

There are no error messages displayed when clicking add to cart for the first time. After the first click the onclick colour of the button changes from yellow to green. Once clicked again (when green) the product will add to cart.

We are unaware if the website owners have made any updates/changes to the site or products, prior to the issue surfacing.

We’re working alongside the website owners as this issue was brought to our attention by the website owners. Their customers have been unable to figure out how to purchase products with the double click necessary to add products to the cart. The problem is on all mobile devices we have tested on, when “Add to cart” is clicked on a mobile device, the button onclick colour changes to green but does not actually add the product to the cart without clicking it a second time. The website owners and our team members have all tested this functionality on our various mobile devices and are all experiencing the same problem. We have tested on different types of mobile devices as well as on different browsers within the mobile devices.

We fixed the issue – was js conflict.
