In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] Emailed Form has no carriage returnsI figured out there is a conflict between the plugin User Meta Pro and Fast Secure Contact Form. When I deactivate User Meta Pro the form displays correctly in the email with returns. Will Contact User Meta Pro folks. Any other suggestions welcome.

In reply to: Authentication Required after WP upgradeYes, You need to contact your web hosting provider. They are doing this as a precautionary measure to prevent attacks on WP sites. They should be able to issue you the correct credentials for logging in.
Hope that helps.

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] No Upgrade optionin either case whether I click on ‘Re-check Updates’ or ‘Check Dev Versions” with ‘Enable Dev Versions’ checked ‘Yes’ I still don’t have the option to update to 5.4 in the plugins list. Strange? Any other suggestions or can I update manually?
What I was asking is how to remove the date the post was published whch shows up at the top of each post. I chose to use posts instead of pages.
What happens if I switch to pages for events even though I have multiple events created as posts.
Is it possible to use a variable for x so it pulls the current user instead of hardcoding it. Or better yet is there an URL that will do the same thing as the short code. Something like
https://mydomain.com/events/index.php?post_type=event_list&search=lastname
I am using a member list plugin and would like to link to each member’s events.
Which taxonomy manager are you using? I would be interested in looking at it.
I am actually trying to use the lastname field that already exists in the WP user profile. I am using member list plugin and ideally would just like to create a link to the events list page for an individual member that would be equivalent to
[events_list search=:last name"]

In reply to: Access to Meta Fields in ProfileI found out the issue, I am using the Members List plugin that automatically adds the Location Meta fields to the User Profile/Admin. But currently they are not accessible via other roles. have contacted the Members List forum & developer for a solution.
Checked User capabilities, and umarked published events for Contributors
By placing this css in the header script section of the theme settings, it fixed the problem.
<style type="text/css" media="screen"> body.full-width-content #event-form .inside { clear: both; margin-bottom: 20px; width: 910px!important; } body.content-sidebar #event-form .inside { clear: both; margin-bottom: 20px; width: 610px!important; } </style>
Seems only some genesis themes don’t work. Can’t seem to locate the problem.
To see example: https://netforest.com/test/submit-event/. Will try to solve it. thanks for anymore help. That didn’t seem to work, I can size the box vertically and scroll now. Don’t remember if that was possible before.
I tried the twenty eleven theme and it was ok. I am using the Magazine theme from Genesis. So maybe that is causing the conflict. Not sure the best way to resolve it.

In reply to: Events Manager – Widget showing up in Single EventsFound out my Featured Page widget was placed in another area inadvertently. (After Post section). Problem created and solved by me.
Hi Marcus,
Just thought I would check with you how long it might take to resolve this issue. We are eager to use the events calendar on our new site, but are holding off changing the settings until it does not effect the fullcalendar.
Again, thanks for all your work. As soon as we go live, our organization will donate.
