please make sure that you have selected some game categories at MyArcade -> Settings -> General Settings. If no categories have been set you wont be able to fetch games.

If you need some help please contact us by using the contact form on our site. Then we will be able to help you directly.

Please consider updating your rating if the fetching issue has been solved. One star wont help us to keep the plugin updated. Your rating should only include the plugin itself and not other themes because they are not offered for download on www.ads-software.com.

I think this could be solved simply by replacing the user drop down with a simple text field where the admin can add user IDs comma separated.

we have the same issue. We have about 3000 registered users and it takes 5 minutes to get load. When we disable Awesome-Support or comment out the wpas_list_users function everything is fine.

sorry, I didn’t know that not answering the bug report means that you are not able to reproduce it. ??

that’s a false alarm. The file is 100% clean. It’s a false alarm by your anti virus tool.

Maybe you have done something wrong with the redirect. I would recommend you to remove all redirects and then you should be able to access your dashboard with this URL: https://luckyredinc.com/wp-admin

Yes, we provide support and the plugin is updated regularly. There are several methods you can make money with your arcade site:

– Adsense banners
– Games related banners https://myarcadeplugin.com/over-40-networks-you-can-make-money-from/ (It’s a bit old post but the most sites are still online)
– Amazon Affiliate
– Paid memberships (User need to pay to play your “premium” games)
– Currently BigFish is the only distributor which offer revenue share.

Cubepoints is still working but it has not been updated for a while. Thereby we recommend to use MyCRED instead.
