What wordpress and plugin versions are you using and what happens when you try to add products to the plugin? Do you see any errors?
Also try checking your console for errors by pressing F12.

This probably means that your wp-content folder and it’s subfolders don’t have writing permissions. You need to change this in your server settings.

Hi Matty87,

This is a common problem and is probably being caused by your hosting environment. Your server needs to run on PHP version 5.3 and it must support the function mb_strlen().

This is not something we as Netvlies can support, however the question is valid and might get a response out of other community members.

Multisite installation should not have any issues with the plugin. Are you using version 1.3 of the plugin with WP version 3.9?

Is this an error that occurs even before activating the plugin or once you try to activate it?

Do you mean the displaying of shortcodes instead of the actuall products you are linking to in the wysiwyg editor ?

Can you provide us with the entire code behind the post?

This issue needs further investigation. The plugin doesn’t alter the use of a text editor in wysiwyg mode so I’m assuming there are other issues with your site going on. Can you verify if the issues you’re experiencing are indeed related to the plugin? Disabling the plugin should at least bring back the text editor.
