I think I know what you mean and get to work on this!

Tested it and we do receive emails for both Admin and HR (almost immediately)
But still no email for the applicant (also not in spam)

I do have the SMTP plugin installed. Before this, we didn’t even receive the admin and hr email so did half the trick:)

Unfortunately, the applicant email notification is checked and still no e-mail received (also not in the spam folder).
Would love to know if this can be fixed:)
