Same issue here, when someone clicks on permalink settings, all categories go 404. If you go to save the setting again, it fixes. but something is not right in this last version, the breadcrumbs in any subcategory page are resulting in a blank page.

Currently i’ve disabled the plugin to all my wordpress setups since we can find a solution.

The same about the shout stream plugin, i’ve tested it and works fine, but he wants the simple old media player.Deuced : I read your blog a lot, nice plugins and work you’ve done there, keep up the good work!
