I don’t understand why it is showing this error ?

The options table is already present in the database.

I also tried to manually insert the same values using phpmyadmin and it is working. But, Updraft is not able to do it.

Do you have any idea about this ?

I tried the WP install with table prefix but it still won’t restore and give me same error.

Is it that the backup is without table prefix which is causing issue ?

I installed WordPress without the table prefix and tried to restore but it still doesn’t work.

Uploads, Plugins, Themes, Others all these backup I restored manually at their correct location.

The only Issue I am facing is with the Database restore.

Is there any way, I can restore it ?

I am in a real pickle right now as I have lost my website right now. And, most importantly is I need the pages and its content to rebuild a new one.

I am testing the app right now. Once all my testing is done, I am hoping to buy this.

While, testing I observed an issue for my website.
When, I add a product to cart and go to CART page. On CART page, I change the shipping option radio button, normally it would do ajax reloading and recalculate cost but in the mobile app, it does not do anything.
I tried the same on the Preview available on the wordpress plugin on laptop, it works fine there. But, on my mobile, it does not do ajax reloading of cost on Cart page when shipping changes. One more thing, when I do the same change of shipping option on CHECKOUT page, it is working fine there on mobile as well Preview on laptop.

Once, I buy the plugin, then I will recieve the apps right ? For, WEBVIEW apps, I have heard that APPLE causes trouble and sometimes doesn’t allow to publish.

You were right. The issue was because of one of my plugins.

Now, can you please tell me, how can I customize the app, I mean apart from whats provided to us in the WPMobile.App wordpress plugin configuration, If I want to do some changes, how can I do that or do I have to ask you to do the same ?
Changes like having search and cart icon in the header, customizing the left drawer content (The login, register buttons are too big and I wouldn’t need button for Push Settings).

I have enabled the plugin now, you can check.

I tried disabling the cache but that didn’t help.

Sorry, just found out that the issue was because probably there was conflict with another plugin.
I deleted Clever Menu plugin and issue was resolved.

If you could try the steps I stated you would see the issue I am talking about.

One more real quick query –
Is there a way to disable coupons for Gift Cards products ?
Because normally coupons don’t apply for Gift Cards.
One way I know is to Exclude Gift Card category from the coupon settings but it would nice to have a setting in PW Gift Card plugin.
