I do have the newest version of suffusion.

They seem to be unsure of the cause, but they suggested this patch:

I am not sure why it is happening but you can correct it by adding this to Suffusion Options > Backend > Custom Includes > Custom Styles

Sorry, just saw your message this morning.

I am not sure where the center tag comes from.

It does show ok in a default wordpress theme and I have not chnaged the way I have been posting.

Maybe it’s related to suffusion theme?

I tried 2 different computers and IE and Google chrome browsers.

It was the plugin Wp-Better WordPress security.

I did uninstall this plugin from within the Cpanel, since I was unable to log into WordPress.

However the uninstall did not resolve the problem.

Oops,now I see,

Espiat you are correct, better wordpress security made a ton of changes to my .htaccess.

I am not sure if you want me to post this whole file here?

Thanks for your reply.

No I have not deactivated the plugins.

However I did read that themes (I have suffusion)
and Yoast can create problems.

The error messages are in Googgle webmaster

and I guess it does take some time before they appear and then again disappear after I have made changes.

I have read that others had problems with Yoast and duplicate titles and someone solved it by leaving

all the titles in the Yoast SEO empty and just entering the meta description.

I am trying this now and will see what happens.

When I viewed the web source after removing the Yoast SEO title tag the duplicate on my front page was gone.

I have also changed my SEO settings like this:

Taxonomies> categories > noindex and
Taxonomies> tags > noindex
other > author archives > noindex
other > date archives> noindex

I am hoping this will make the duplicate categories and tags disappear.

Are these settings correct?

I solved it.

In the plugin Recent Posts forum Luca told me it may be

an issue with other plugins.

That was the problem !

I identified & removed Google+ Plugin

And now it works again ??

Do you mean like setting up a test blog ?

Now ,for your suggestion to test the comments on my site,
you think it will work if I:
1. set theme to default
2. log out and
3. try to post a comment

the schemermag style is a magazine style and using the default could “mess up” my page badly,I am afraid.
I think it also may confuse all my readers.

I went tho editor>theme functions and added this.

I went back to the blog and clicked to read a post and
This is what happend ,my post is not diplaying,just a blank white page with this
error message:

I am not a techie,I am assuming there is a conflict maybe with thumbnail setting somewhere ?

I am having the same issue .

my emails have suddenly stopped as well.
I think the backup may get blocked by other plugins!(like Firewall)

I just disabled all my plugins and ran backup .
The back was mailed without problems to my email address!!!

It’s just a “pain” having to this every day .

I keep getting these messages as well.

My site was running fine for weeks now .
Now for the last three days ,just after I work on wordpress, f.e. I check broken links,make a post,etc.
all of the sudden I get

“error establishing database connection”

etc.
which leaves me unable to make more posts and my site is blank with only a http: 500 error message .
This lasts from a few minutes to up an hour .

What’s going on here ?
My blog is hosted with hostpapa and fantastico.
