If it works “perfectly” then are all these people wrong with their questions?

With the email we just rec’d, Guess you can be rude to all these people and that’s just Ok, but we better watch what we post about not liking something.

In our lives we only have nice people around. Didn’t realize this was all occurring, now we understand what our clients were talking about all these years and their websites and changing from to bringing it in-house.

Your Theme is so much better than 99% of these Plugin “authors” that have horrible non-working products.

We are happy to have paid you for it and even if I can’t get the slider to work, it is fine for us.

I would prefer we email each other thru my email or your link and not here.

It downloaded, including all the other programs.

Ohhhh, Yes, I remember seeing a post about that recently.

I did send her an email. Perhaps I shoulda left well enough alone. I did want the end-to-end slider and couple other things.

I also emailed my Host Tech Support –it took me 3 times but found the Very Best Hosting ppl–and they may be able to help…from 1 of my Backups.

Either make a Fully Working Plugin or don’t put it up on wp. We spend 100s of hours fixing plugins that don’t work.

Premium Broke my site.

Everything is Totally gone. It took me more than a month to get the slider, fonts, colors, plugins, pages, forums woocommerce and everything else on my site…Now just a White Page.

Can Premium be deleted and I’ll just go back to the Free one?

Lots of complaints about Hostgator and it’s better to know now while still in baby steps.

We have a bu and copies of everything. It’ll be easy to redo.

Yes, that was what I was trying to do. Host Gator is worthless.

It makes sense to just delete Virtue (and reinstall)but HG “Tech Support” was completely clueless, and I couldn’t get to my dashbd to do it. Finally I got to dashbd and did that. I kept repeating to do this And pasting your info but they were incapable of doing these simple things.

They have never replied to a ticket so tried tech chat. We are making a change — 1 is to leave Host Gator.

Back onto dashboard but HG deleted/changed my passwords so can’t access my cpanel or webmail.

My host got me into my site by resetting and everything was gone defaulting to twenty thirteen and when I clicked onto Virtue my dashboard became unavailable again.

Thinking about leaving wp and going to wix or the like.

Was not told Where to paste code. I’ll try again with your advice but it doesn’t seem like I can get into that area and Host Gator support didn’t know how to do this simple fix.

Too bad wp doesn’t list how important a child theme is and automatically makes one.
