Dont get your hopes up indrakus. They may respond, but the support times quickly revert back to days, weeks and months.
Same goes hear. We are premium paying customers, and exactly the same level of service. Major PHP conflicts and Zoom integrations not working. Have to re-open un-answred tickets multiple times as they expire and go unanswered. Still in development of our platform and rapidly loosing confidence in WP Event Manager
Will there be a plugin update that resolves this issue without needing to insert custom CSS? We have like 100 client websites that use this plugin and going through all of them will take hours…

Thanks for getting back to me. I did you suggestion and it the Free Shipping method showed, but now it shows for everything which is not what I want. This plugin seems to override other WooCommerce Shipping Zones? So just before I look into the extension. We have been trying to use the cookie and have made as a site wide cookie that triggers on pop up close and lasts 1 month. However when testing it’s not working?

So I deactivated all cacheing software and did a test but the same issue arose.
1. I posted a test comment.
2. The email notification was sent to me (the administrator) of the site, but not the desired email address specified in the plugins settings
3. The client logged in and approved the comment at which point she got two email notifications. Email 1: The notification of the comment in the first place. Email 2: The approved comment email.
Do you have any other suggestions as to why this might be happening? Everything else is completely up to date.

So the only notification I have on is ‘New Comment Notification’. The emails do eventually get sent, however it’s like they are ‘stuck’ on the website until a user logs in.. Then they get sent?

No to any WooCommerce Page Builder. With Impreza they use Grid Layouts (that can use any post type) that I know they incorporate into Visual Composer so you can customise how the show layout looks.
Should this be something I need to bring up with the theme developers then?

So I just did some more testing (I am using Impreza theme). And what I did was revert the shop page back to the default WooCommerce template and the search function works. Is this something I should bring up with Impreza or is it the plugins issue?
Ideally I would still like to be able to style my shop page how I had it, but it appears the plugin isn’t compatible with the theme?
