Just a suggestion and I may be wrong, but why not just make the ‘touch offset’ applicable to devices smaller than 900px width and the main offset for everything else? This way things like tablets & iPads would be lumped into the main offset setting which seem to work properly, and the touch offset would be smaller and work for mobile phone devices?
Just a suggestion, but could be a quicker work around for you guys…

Thanks for getting back to me. I tried on a different browser while being logged out and it still seems to be happening. I am on an iPad Pro and it’s happening in both chrome and safari. Here’s another screenshot from the latest post.

I gave that a go a cleared the cache but still no luck?

Awesome. Got it to work. It was the pop-up thing blocking it. All imported and working fine now. Thanks!

Yes I am using WP-Rocket. Would it be possible to supply me with the .css path of that plugin or column so that I can include it in my files to exclude from combination?

All fixed!!! What a legend.
So the only step I did differently (because the general settings appeared to be right) so I didn’t save that page. This time I went back and saved the General Settings page, Saved Integrations page then saved Permalinks page and it’s firing on all cylinders now.

Yea ok, I will try the error identification process and see if that helps.
Also, I did try and go to your site and add the woocommerce to cart and I was just getting a spinning wheel of death and nothing was adding to cart. Just thought I would let you know.Will keep you posted on the error process. Thanks for all your help.

Think I realised what the issue is.. I don’t have the WooCommerce Addon… Just saw that line in that page now. Is this why it’s not working?

Thanks for the quick response. I had a look but couldn’t see anything (Not an expert in these things though). When I did inspect the element it’s showing me that the link is pointing to https://newcastlecreativeco.com.au/my-account/0/ does that seem right?
