Form fields – username – display and required – missing from the form on the webpage where I have the shortcode placed.
I tried disabling all other plugins but sill didn’t appear.

In reply to: User password, I hate to askI was just getting ready to close this post. I found a plugin that works, it’s called Email Templates – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-templates/
As I mentioned, the theme uses the default registration and login from wp so the theme people would have told me to come here anyway.
It reformatted the default wp emails and I was able to put in my logo, footer, etc. Works great and was exactly what I was looking for. I just wish I found it 6 hours ago!
