Thanks for all these insights however i am facing some issue placing the second part of the code and should amend the code on the index page directly.

In the case there is no such plugin can you advise on a very configurable plug for a gallery i can add directly to my post.

if i remember well there is a plugin called meenews.
Now i am using mailchimp
