    Hi

Since you have told me today that the page actually works with another plugin, I started doing some more tests and voila, everything is working fine with the free version of “The Calendar plugin”. Surely you should have picked that up when logging into my website, but better late then never and nobody is perfect.

Let’s just leave all the back and forth discussions for now, unless you feel that I am completely wrong and then I will have to go through the tedious task of proving that you could improve on your responses. All of us can always improve, so let’s just leave it at that.

I am not an unhappy client at this stage, as it seems to be working like it should.

I just need to check if I can filter expired events and certain categories and then we could close this discussion perhaps soon.

    Hi

Please give me a few days to reconsider the refund, as I have spent so many hours on this.

There is one big problem and that is that I am not at fault here. If I were at fault, then at least I could have rectified it. See the link below is for Events Listing and now you tell me that page on your website marked as “Events Listing” is for another Events Calendar Plugin (another company) which I have to pay an additional 100 USD for. How would I even know if your plugin is needed for that one at all. Why don’t you just change the heading on that page. “Events Calendar Plugin – not part of your Events Add-on subscription, but you need to purchase that separately.”

    Here is the link:

    https://nicheaddons.com/demos/events/elements/event-listing-2/

The link above was for Events Listing and NOT for Events Calendar. You sold it to me as Events Listing and now I must buy something else additional to your plugin. I took snapshots of that page and trust that you will fix it shortly to avoid any further such unnecessary, unpleasant experiences for potential clients.

Please do not close the ticket, as nothing is resolved here. You stated it was your last communication with me, but an apology from your side would be fitting, I guess.

And, does your add-on work with that Events Calendar or not? I do not know. How does it enhance that one, as I see they have their own Elementor interface.

    Thanks

    Hi

Your reply this morning per email:

“Please be patient, we’re working on Business days …”

“Also, we need time to check with my development team about how we can provide the best possible solution.”

“After spending time on your website and output URLs, I see you’re using the “Events Manager” plugin. That demo is prepared based on “Events Calendar

“We have multiple supported event plugins available in this list. Event Manager is one of those. Not all our Elementor widgets are supported by all plugins in this list due to the nature of those plugins. The Events Calendar plugin has more widgets, and our demo was prepared using the Events Calendar plugin.”

My question here on the in reply to the email:

“Are you still working on it or is the fact that I now have to purchase the “Events Calendar” plugin the solution? That plugin costs about 100 USD and I was nowhere informed that I have to purchase that plugin with your plugin to get it to look like your demo website. Please let me know, as I am not sure what do do and if I am waiting for you or not.

Hope to be hearing from you soon.

    Thanks.
