In reply to: Contact form 7 change 'form action'I’ve managed to build an HTML form on my WordPress page-
it took a little figuring out with the custom fields-
you can see it here: https://hockeysensei.com/camp-registration/
Only problem is WordPress keeps stripping out the </br> at the end of lines- that’s my next issue.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: Contact Form 7 and CRMI’m trying to do it by hand- using the instructions from settings/integration/website.setup.seam
So far- I can add custom fields- but their behavior has been wonky. It would be great if Capsule offered better examples.

In reply to: 3.01 Update – Failed and stuck! PLEASE Fix your upgrade!FAIL here too- including a brand new install.
Not a good sign for 3.0.1I was getting the same error on every plugin upgrade.
My upgrades folder had a file in it- that I couldn’t delete.
I deleted the upgrades folder in wp-content/
made a new upgrades folder-
set it to 755
voila- everything worked.Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: No text editing toolsI tried everything- After much screwing around- the only solution to get the visual text editor back is to reinstall 2.1.3
You have to update the db- and then things work as they should.
There seems to be some kind of code in the TinyMCE folder that causes problems- I will wait till 2.2.2 to try this again.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: No text editing toolsThis is still broken- on some installations on my server. The fix didn’t work. It’s not theme or plugin related.
I’m thinking it has something to do with update progression- if you skipped a few updates- and then applied 2.2.1- no tinyMCE.
I could be wrong- but, I’ve wasted a ton of time on this- and no joy.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Visual Editor not working in 2.2After 6 hours of messing with just 3 wp installs of 2.2.1, I finally gave up and started using Dean’s FCKEditor- it’s ugly- but it shows up.
Apache version 1.3.37 (Unix)
PHP version 4.4.6
MySQL version 4.1.21-standard
cPanel Build 10.9.0-RELEASE 10737Don’t know what is causing TinyMCE to fail- but I got it working on a few sites after much work. Note- I was generally updgrading from 2.1.2 installs- don’t know if that had something to do with it.

In reply to: Visual Editor not working in 2.2Hope this helps- I cleared cache and cookies. Used control F5 (on a mac) to force it- again after doing it in Firefoxes prefs.
Then hit refresh- while holding shift key.
Problem solved.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Visual Editor not working in 2.2In Firefox 2.0.0.4 – no visual text editor TinyMCE- or edit tools in code view.
In Safari- I get no tabs- but do see a row of buttons- but in code view.
Both are on a Mac. No plugins, default theme.
This was working in WP 2.1.2
I’m nervous about changing any other installs now.
On a PC- with Firefox and explorer- nothing.
It’s not turned off in users.
Any suggestions?
