I’ve been provided with a new option from the import plugin support which is getting order notes working correctly with automatic status changes.

The notes that the order has moved to completed now appear, as well as the note that the CR reminder has been scheduled.

But when I check the scheduled reminders I see that the CR reminder is not there.

I have informed the import plugin support of these instructions.

Anyway, this week I have been looking at the reminder schedule. Two days were scheduled correctly, but the other days I had to change the order statuses manually for the reminder to be scheduled.

Any idea what this could be due to?

Hello @pistachio6321,

Yes, if I manually change the status of the order to processing, and then back to completed, then it does schedule the mail correctly.

From the import plugin support asked whether CusRev plugin supports programmatically scheduling a reminder.

In the CusRev documentation I found these indications:

Following on from point 7, I contacted the import plugin support. We have done some import tests and we see that the notice that the reminder has been scheduled appears in the order list. But this scheduled email does not appear in the order notes or in the reminders list under Reviews > Reminders.

The default Woocommerce email for completed order is sent correctly.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

In my first two screenshots, subtotals in cart are 100€ (without taxes) or 110€ (with taxes).

But in your screenshot, subtotal is 90,91€. So, should we understand that a €100 coupon includes taxes?

We have two new incorrect total order amounts. This time online payments where incorrect, too. So we need to request additional payments to our clients.

Something has moved… After changing batch size from 250 to 100, processing is now stuck at 50%.

There seems to be no conclusive reason from the hosting service either.
If we can’t solve the problem, I think I’ll have to try another feed plugin.

I’ve reduced batch size to 250, but it’s not working, and I’ve asked for more datails to Hosting service support.

I saw this fatal error log but I don’t understand it, because 549.453.824 bytes is higher than 11.660.440 bytes… And it seems related to Facebook for Woocommerce.

But this other one indicates that we tried to allocate more than 10Gb when maximun is 549Mb:
