Oh, I see, thank you for the info. ??
Eh, I’m sorry to say this, but the issue is not resolved. -.-
On desktop it works perfectly but for some reason it’s not working on mobile devices.
I’ve cleared cache and tried 2 different devices, both yields the same issue:
“Selected value does not exist” is the error on the field.
(the custom options are there, but on submit this error pops up and it won’t submit the form)We have no separate mobile layout, the code/form is the same, so I’d like to ask you guys to test this on your environment on mobile to verify the error.
User-agent of the device:
Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 15_5 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/15.5 Mobile/15E148 Safari/604.1Hi Patrick,
Thanks for the updated version, it works perfectly. ??
The fields are now error free and saved for the submission.
Thank you all for your effort on this. <3
Hi Kris,
Here’s the export:
https://pastebin.com/kSAbdBnGHi Zafer,
Good to know that the free version is with API, many thanks for that info. ??
About the export, first of all it does not submit the form at all because of the “Value does not exist” error on the select field, so it won’t save any of my custom select options, and secondly I can’t really export all my form submissions for you because of our strict GDPR rules, it’s a preschool website, so the export contains sensitive/medical information about children, I hope you’ll understand.
I could make another form for testing, if necessary, but in my opinion the export is not at all helpful, because only the default fields are in there, not my programmatically added ones, that is my original problem. ??
I’ve created a PasteBin for my code:
