You seem to have marked this thread as resolved anyway.

It’s not resolved until it is released as then it actually is resolved.

Until then it is not.

Respectfully please leave it unresolved or release it already and then mark it resolved.

Please can you keep this open while it is not fixed.

Would you like a list of how many different customers of ours/yours that have this issue?

The impact is also when this bug causes the website to crash and go offline it impacts the ability for these customers to sell tickets.

It’s an easy fix and to be honest there should not be any holdup it was reported to you in the other ticket 4 months ago as is the solution.

It would take 5 minutes for your developers to look at the fix and see it is legitimate and will not disturb anything and then just add it to the next release, there really is no excuse now after 4 months.

Also of note your reply in the other ticket for this 3 months and 3 weeks ago as of writing this

“Meanwhile, we have generated an internal ticket [TECTRIA-312] dedicated to resolving this issue”

So it is about time this was given the 10 minutes attention it needs.
