Never mind.. I just realised that this plugin hasnt been updated for a while.
I just changed caching plugin and the issue is fixed.

Same exact problem.. With plugin more than 8 secs… Without 717ms!!!!

Changed hosting and now it works.. ??

I don’t know if this can help but I also get this error from Jetpack and UpdraftPlus:
