It is very fine with different reviews and what @ellegaarddk is writing is not 100% correct and neither was my translation. So always be ready to take in suggestions and for the site owner to moderate the translations used on his site.

I would never set “!” directly after the word like! – as it disturbs the reading, but always like this !

Which filename and folder should be used for the .mo file da_DK.mo ?

Added it to wp-content > languages folder without any luck ( WP Core runs in Danish on our site )

I agree with Jonathan. I just translated this fine plugin into Danish language, but had a few difficulties doing so as the English language is not 100%. That will also be an issue when others will translate to other languages and even worse if the person translating is less technically skilled than others.

So if anybody with English as their native language could help the author here with a native English translation it would raise the quality even more.

I just e-mailed you the DK translation made in PoEdit. You need to upload them to the translation facility here in WordPress your self if you wish to share it.

One thing that would be nice is if a feature where you can fold/unfold FAQ/knowledgebase topics like the plugin here do: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/faq-responsive/screenshots/

The feature you are suggesting is actually fit for a FAQ thing. But Knowledgebase is a bit broad in comparison to FAQ. So primarily it’s not that fit with our concept of sharing information.

Answer:
I agree with your point that knowledgebase is broader and typically contains more thorough information. My point is that, also in a knowledgebase, the user love the fast navigation you find in these “AJAX” script that can fold/unfold content.

But one thing we can easily incorporate is, to provide a shortcode thing that can assist you create collapsible FAQ things in any Knowledgebase article. Yes, that’s possible and can serve your wish by other way. ??

Another small feature that might give even more quality to what make here could be an option to remove “Priority” and “subject”. This in order to make the interface for the user as clean and simple as possible. A lot of users might think; “i only want to write what I need” and not relate to priorities or subjects. I lot of young people dont even know what “subject” is needed for… ??

Thanks for the update here.

It still installs 2 plugins when you install. One is called “Help Scout” and can be activated, the other one is called “Help Scout Desk” and can’t be activated.

Any ideas ?
