Just got an answer. My host answered back: “there’s no server side caching in place on our shared hosting servers.”

I’m waiting for an answer from my host.
Since I can’t access my WordPress, how can I see what plugins I have installed?

I’m not using any caching plugins that I know.

I know my website has an SSL certificate, probably from my host.

I looked on the wp-content folder and there is no object-cache.php file

Is there another way to solve this?

Can’t access my profile anymore. This is what it says after updating WordPress:

‘Database Update Required
WordPress has been updated! Before we send you on your way, we have to update your database to the newest version.
The database update process may take a little while, so please be patient.’

After this it says

‘Update Complete
Your WordPress database has been successfully updated!’

Then goes back to the previous screen

I can’t log into that site because I don’t have a password

I can’t get a new password. I ask for one, it says an email has been sent to me, but I don’t get any.

Please help
