Yeah, its a .ZIP file and I can extract and see what files are in there and open them.

Thanks. So basically, I upload the Zipped file to the specific folder mentioned in the plugin by FTP (its over 12MiB)?

Thanks for getting back to me. I read one of the other posts on here about how you set your own code. I think I know what it is.

Is there a step by step guide as to how to implement a back then? I downloaded two files: files/folders and the DB from my backup account but when I unzipped the files/folders one to do a restore there was no .ENC file in it?
