I will try the Jetpack forum along with Linkedin help forum (maybe the change is on their side).

What do you was now ? what is your replacement for Jetpack ?

I did not install any special plugings for this purpose. It worked from the beginning of my site.
I did have Jetpack pre installed by my hosting company and I saw it adds some ogp tags, so maybe this made it work.
And yes, Jetpack was also upgraded lately to a newer version.

When it stopped working I installed some plugins that suppose to add ogp tags but I removed them after realizing they did not solve the problem.

But what about all the users that subscribed to that users system ? Did they really mean to subscribe to my newsletter ? Should I just delete them ?

So, does subscribing to my site without having the plugin really means anything ?
