  • I am trying to get access to the ftp but don’t as of right now. I didn’t lock out for a specific time, when I login to the backend it directs me to this page:

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/content/p3nexnas05_data01/70/2119370/html/wp-content/plugins/maven-member/controllers/maven-member-blocker-class.php on line 126

So it is trying to log me in, but I’m assuming that it has decided to lock the entire site or something. Hopefully I can get access to the ftp at some point and remove the plugin.

    Thanks for your help Laura.

I did look into support to see what might be going wrong. I am having the same problem as most of the other people who have recently posted, I didn’t feel the need to start a new thread on the support page. The problem I currently have is that I don’t have access to a cpanel so there is no way for me to disable the plugin.

I did like the look of this plugin, but losing access to the backend is a critical error, I posted a review because I hope that other people see that this plugin is having issues. If the developer can make changes to the plugin and get it fixed I will gladly change my review, but for now I hope that people actually see that it has bad reviews because it does not work properly.

Is there a way to access or disable the plugin without a cpanel? I no longer have access to the backend of my site and am stuck.
