In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Woocommerce Shipping no longer worksWe discovered this issue to be caused by the .htaccess file being modified by a performance plugin.
Removing the redirect below from the .htacess file resolved it:
RedirectMatch 301 /fb(.*) https://www.facebook.com/purewaterspas/reviews/$1
A default .htaccess for WordPress without any optimization/modifications is described here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/htaccess/
It is advised to backup the .htaccess file before doing any changes to it.

Link to image: https://d.pr/i/nZ1aaSDo you see this option when you visit your site at leforumdulocal.fr/mon-compte/moyens-paiement/?
If not, it would be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Status
section of your site. Once there, click on theGet system report
button and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for support
button. Then paste it here with your reply. We look forward to hearing from you.
Hi @ensalock,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I just ran through a test on my site and cannot seem to replicate the same:

WooCommerce / Status
section of your site. Once there, click on theGet system report

**How to test for conflicts**
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:
1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty theme.
2. Try to reproduce the problem:?
If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. For more detailed instructions, check out How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.
Please let us know how that goes.
**Tools to help with troubleshooting**
Meks Quick Plugin Disabler will remember what plugins you had active when you switch it back on.
You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
We look forward to hearing from you.

In reply to: [Storefront] Help with editing “Shop” page on storefrontI was unable to view your site at https://lightofmindapparel.com/. ??
There are a couple of areas where options that affect the shop page can be found so I’ll share them all both!
If you navigate to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog, you’ll have a few options to control if products and/or categories and how many rows/items appear on the shop page:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/uCAdzVYou can also choose if a product is visible on the shop page when editing it individually:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/LmJipIIf the above options do not help you customize the shop page enough, you can create your own custom shop page using shortcodes. We’ve documented how to use shortcodes here.
I hope this sends you in the right direction! ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Apple Pay missing.Hi @filipwawer,
Are the payment icons fixed in the latest version? It’s kinda essential for me, that’s why I’m using the 5.5 version.
I’m not familiar with the payment icon issue. It looks like there have been a few changes that may tackle the issue you are referring to. You can see the changes made for each version here.
Can you try to create a backup of your site so that you can roll back Stripe’s version if the issue is still occurring?
If the issue is still occurring, I’d like to make sure that the developers are aware of the icon issue you describe.
Open issues with the Stripe plugin are tracked here.
If you don’t see an open issue and it has not been resolved, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page. Please include a link to this forum thread as well.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Hi @andokane,
Sorry for any confusion.
We were waiting to hear back from you on if deactivating any other plugins also utilizing the pixel data, such as
WooCommerce Pixel Manager: por woopt
made any difference. Are you still seeing the same message?
We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click
We look forward to hearing from you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] yet another “square not populating locations” threadHi @lilshawn,
Thanks for opening a ticket with us.

Hi @daviday,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble after updating!
Could you share your current System Status Report? You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Status
section of your site. Once there, click on theGet system report
button and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for support
button. Then paste it here.Does this happen with every order and are you able to replicate it when testing it yourself?
If so, it may be worth checking for conflicts caused by other plugins and/or your theme.
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway. Then test to see if the issue is resolved by placing a test order.
To figure out which plugin is causing the problem – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
Here’s a more extensive explanation in our docs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

If you don’t want to do this on the live site, we understand. You can use this plugin to easily set up a staging (test) site:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Backend Usermeta filterHi @fabio323ti,
I totally understand how that would be advantageous.
This type of customization is not within the scope of our Support Policy, but I did do some searching around and found a Stack Overflow thread that may help you accomplish this here!
Please note that the proposed solution may help you add custom user meta to selected customer area, but to be able to search by custom user meta, you’ll have to additionally modify the json_search_customers function inside plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-ajax.php.
I hope this sends you in the right direction. (:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add New Post or Edit Post nor workingHi @ariesgdim,
In most cases, you’ll want to edit the .htaccess file at the root of the site. In your case, that would be ‘/public_html/earthandfire.shop/.htaccess’.
If you still run into trouble, please open up your own support forum topic at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/?view=all#new-topic-0 as this one has already been marked as resolved.
Thanks!
