I dont understand why does it take so LONG for mailchimp to reply and act on it.
I have been your customer for more then 2 years, all you did was to push me around and finally asked me to jump ship. Well. I did. I jumped to sendinblue, MC could not even sync with my database which sendinblue did it INSTANTLY.

IT TOOK ME CLOSE TO 3 MONTHS and its not SYNC-ED? I de-sync and sync as per instructed. BUT in the end this is what your CSO replied to me
