To turn off the default logo got to settings (Atahualpa), click on Header, go to show logo image and clear it. Done and good luck!

Overall not bad but you may want to spice it up a little. I’m using the same template and I suggest with all due respect that you try to give a little variation. You seem to be using too many of the defaults thus denying your page a uniqueness. Try to use a few different colors and turn off the Atahualpa logo (The three red, green and orange blocks next to the blog name.). That would be a start.

I guess I should also mention that your slide.com bars overlap your text. You may want to correct that.

I do like the photo layout and plenty of text to read. Good luck with it.
