Hi @creativenl,

Just temporarily deactivate the Facebook for Woocommerce plug-in, process your returns and activate it again.

Until the plug-in receives an update this is the workaround.

Google Analytics tracking is still working fine, it’s only the eCommerce data (products, orders, transactions) that is not being shown anymore.

I did a dummy purchase by temporarily activating a direct checkout payment method. When I’m redirected to the (default) WooCommerce thank you page I see the following tags in Google Tag Assistant:

– Global Site Tag (gtag.js)
– Google Ads remarketing tag
– Google Analytics

Looks fine to me.

I have no idea how to continue troubleshooting.

The link should be check out this short instruction, however I only see check. So all words after the first space are not displayed.

Hi there, I have the same problem. On a pc/laptop the plugin works perfectly. On the iPad the thumbnails don’t seem to work. I have a main player with 3 thumbnails underneath. De main player works, but when I click a thumbnail the main player becomes black and stays that way. It’s also not possible to go back to the main video, unless I refresh the complete page.

Okay, I got the same problem as the first post. After I add a second image it doesn’t appear on the media list. A screen shot would show only 1 item in the list, so that wouldn’t help!

Also, pictures get resized. Result: ratio/proportion isn’t right anymore. How can I fix this?

I added the shortcode for the in page carousel. But how can I add images? There is no back-end in the left WP menu?
