Xue, I’m not quite sure what error logs you’re talking about. The update process to the current WC version 7.5.1 generated two errors in our PHP ErrorLog. These errors are still here. Sure, as long as I haven’t deleted them.

Hello Saif, I don’t know if we understand each other correctly. The error occurred during the update process on the live site. It did not occur after use. The error also did not occur when testing the update on our test page.

thank you very much for your explanation. We understood everything.

There are no entries under WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs. All clean. Only the errors described in our PHP ErrorLog.

I am attaching the status report here.

The “conflict test” on our staging site ran without any problems as described above. The statging site was a 1:1 copy of our live site. The problem only occurred when updating on our live page.

Hope that helps narrow down the problem.

Many thanks for your feedback. We test each update extensively on our test environment before we carry it out. There were no errors here. Only in the live environment did we have the two errors in our PHP ErrorLog after implementation. There is no error entry under WooCommerce > Status.

My question, before we go deeper into the analysis, is what this error message is actually trying to tell us. Can you help me here?

Many thanks for your feedback. Yes, the “error” occurs with every new product we create and is ultimately reflected in our Php ErrorLog. WooCommerce itself does not generate a fatal error under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Also, we have not made any significant changes to the system.

However, we have seen that there is already an entry on Github on this topic.

In this respect, the error should already be known on the WooCommerce side. Or am I wrong?

Under these circumstances, do you still need our system status report under WooCommerce > Status?

Saif, that wasn’t intentional. The page hung when the post was published and I think this caused the post to be published twice.

Brad, this is the first time we’ve written a complaint like this to a plugin developer. We have never experienced such unmotivated support. This has been possible since we bought the plug-in.

I again had to listen to reasons why e-mails were not answered or were unfortunately lost or they were answered but apparently not sent.

The update frequency is also almost non-existent for a professional update. At times we weren’t even sure if Envira would be maintained at all.

The reaction to my complaint tells you the rest.
