Sorry for the confusion. I’ll look into rewording that in the future. This is the first time I remember hearing this complaint, but likely others has a similar experience.

I have looked into some front end options, I even have something setup on the demo for my Production theme that I might make available in the future, but even that doesn’t make a permanent selection for the front end user, it just lets the user view available color options.

Something could be done, either requiring users to join the site to choose their permanent style option or make use of a long expire cookie, but at this time I do not have any plans to make something like that.

do you have a ton of pages, tags, or other taxonomies?

what version are you using? Also, what version of WordPress, Genesis, and PHP?

Thanks for the recommend. At this time I have to rely on the class built into Genesis. This means that there are limits to what can be done without getting core changes in Genesis. We have been talking about some changes to the breadcrumb class, and CPT improvements is on the list.

you cannot use category__in and category__not_in within the same query, if you wish to exclude a category you will have to leave it on all terms/taxonomies then exclude.

The plugin requires Genesis and so isn’t designed to be network activated, it can be activated on single sites that are using Genesis themes.

The plugin isn’t really designed to be activated in multisite due to the possibility of themes not being all Genesis.

unfortunately it is necessary to disable the formatting when using any automatic truncation. Otherwise you run a significant risk of breaking your site HTML. This means you have 2 manual options available. You can use the <!–more–> tag and show the full content or you can fill in the manual excerpt field and show the excerpt.

Thanks for the recommendation, I’ll look into this possibility. I’m not certain it can be done with the breadcrumb class as is, so I may have to petition for some core Genesis changes.

What version are you using? What other plugins are active?
