In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Paypal payments payment failedThere is no fix at the moment. They are working on it. I’ve been emailing with one of their devs and providing them logs to hopefully get a resolution.
You can, however just use the standard PayPal credit card processing. I found their explanations for how to do this a bit confusing. What you’d do is the the woocommerce settings under the payments tab. Click manage for the PayPal card processing payment method. Uncheck the checkbox that says “enable PayPal card processing”. This will enable credit card options via the normal PayPal route and not the PayPal card processing. If you go to your checkout page, you’ll see a black button for credit/debit card.
It’s a bit confusing but this has been working for us with no issues.

In reply to: [Advanced Woo Search] Search result priority for PRO versionI understand that is the default relevance score, but that is not really fit for us. Is there a way to change that ranking? For example, lets say I wanted tags to be 2nd in that relevance list. How can I do that? Every store has different needs so I would think that would be configurable.
I have tried the AND and OR but it doesn’t seem to make a difference for us. I will give an example. You can go to our website – https://soundprofessionals.com/. Search for “USB HEADPHONES”. The first result does not contain the string “USB HEADPHONES” anywhere. It does, however, contain the words “USB” in one section and “HEADPHONES” in another. Is that intended functionality?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Paypal payments payment failedI haven’t received a ticket ID. I just sent another – no ticket ID. Checked all my email folders. Not sure what is going on. The plugin isn’t a “paid” plugin exactly. But any merchant who uses paypals payment gateway pays per transaction so we are paying for paypal.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Could Not Process OrderCan we re-open this thread? This is a serious issue related to the “Woocommerce Paypal Payments” payment gateway plugin. The error is random and the plugin provides very little logging. There is no reason for why the card is declined, it literally only says “Could not process order. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.” in the order notes. This happens multiple times per day and is costing us $.
