I could not find anything interfering with the thumbnail rendering, but suddenly two weeks later, all thumbnails are loading. So, I guess that’s okay for now.

The size=none parameter suppressed the thumbnail, but the link wrote over itself as if there was a style of line-height:0; when the line returned, and they still were ordered in a grid. I am trying to create a list. But with all the thumbnails loading now, I’ll just leave it as is.

Your instructions worked perfectly. The only issue I am having is that I cannot get the media Title to render under the thumbnail. Ideally, I would like to only generate an unordered list with links to each PDF. But I can also do a gallery view as long as the PDF Titles render. Yes, I understand that. That is fine if I was maintaining this site after dlivery. But going forward, my client will need to add and delete publications and they have no experience with WP or HTML. I need a plugin to automate this.

I always had this on text mode, but since the 5.0 upgrade, it has gone away. I’ve searched the entire app and can no longer find a place to select text mode. Do you know where it is?

I’ve gotten the “other=posts” to render in the same div tags, yet they are only rendering the post title. Perhaps I can add some code to also render the content?

That did not work. But I noticed that immediately above that was
‘post__not_in’
Should that also be “posts”
and, is the double underscore (__) after it correct?
