I am fully aware of how the search works – I have been here for 7+ years ??

What I am trying to say is that something has gone wrong with the search index. This is a new error and has happened in the last day or so. There has been a massive change in the way the search results are listed.

I’m battling to understand though how plugins with 100 000’s of active users show up at the bottom whereas plugins with very few users and bad reviews show up at the top? In the past it was plugins with high ratings and high active users that showed up at the top.

Unfortunately we cannot solve your problem. You will need to upgrade your hosting package with your hosting provider – preferably one that increases your entry processes.

You would have to contact name.com and ask them to change the relevant option in the database back to the correct URL. Sorry we cannot help you further here.

Have you changed your wp-config-smaple.php to wp-config.php?

It sounds like your theme is having issues with the latest jQuery that comes with WP 4.5. I would suggest that you contact the theme developers and ask them to look into this issue for you.

Perhaps your server is blocking outgoing emails at the moment? Do other emails go through?

Another altenative would be to load an older version of jQuery in order to do a quick work-around for this. WP 4.5 comes with the latest version, try rolling one back. It should do the trick.

With regards to the plugin working on a desktop, we advertise that we use desktop notifications – this doesnt mean it works as a desktop app. We are however working on an app that works on your mobile phone and on windows. This will be released in the next few weeks. Perhaps this is what you saw as we reference this as “coming soon” on our site?

We never discontinued the Pro version. We broke it up into modular extensions. The pro version will continue to function and be updated.
