Hi Tim, in the end I managed to fix the issue with our hosting company.

I’m wondering. Is it also possible to change the template for the displaying of the elements from your theme folder? Just like you can overwrite templates from WooCommerce from within you theme folder. Is that possible?

In my case the plugin doesn’t create the gift cards automatic so I have to create them manually. I think this is a bug, so did you already get it working automatic?

I’ve fixed it with my hosting company. They added the domainnames as a CNAME to the main domain which did the trick. @ron thanks for your answer!
