I re-purchased a popup builder platinum license for $39.45 (invoice #449719) which did not change anything and then purchased an advanced closing extension fro $10 (order #146860718) and added the license number which still has not changed anything. We are stuck with the popup that does not go away and is annoying visitors to our website. Please help or advise. Our account is [redacted – please do not post your email publicly]

sorry – correction to my last post – the plugin is working however at certain window widths the widget drops to the bottom of the page.. any help with this would be welcome – see example at https://discovery.australiandomainservices.net/fraser-island-the-tours/

I got the API key but the plugin will only display the open sans font in preview and when I click to install it just asks me for the API key again. I regenerated the API key but same result.

In the post/page editor I can see the drop downs – one with font sizes and the other with a list of 14 old basic (system?) fonts like Arial and Trebuchet etc..

The message from the plugin on the settings page is:
[In order to make use of this plugin, you are going to need a Google API Key. Click on the settings icon on the top toolbar to get and enter your Google API credentials.]

Hope you can advise.

2 or 3 weeks ago I posted on this forum and didn’t get any definitive solution from the author about this issue. Since then for some reason the thread has been deleted.

Today I put a ticket in with Theme Grill where I purchased Radiate Pro regarding the parallax image distortion on mobiles. Got a reply back saying that the issue had been addressed and should be resolved by updating from v1.0.2. to v1.0.4.1.

Tried this and got rid of some of my custom CSS and almost no distortion now ??

Hi People, I am using Sistina theme with woocommerce v2.0.14
1. Tried the below which successfully got rid of the VAT/SSN field but also broke the form layout.

Can anyone advise as to how to stop the form layout going wrong….?

Can I get some help to make the Product or Variation SKU to appear on the checkout page and to send to the vendor with the order.

I would like to follow the advice posted however I can’t find the place described as ‘below the variation DL’ in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/cart/cart.php.

I think I need some more detailed instructions as I’m not a coder. Am using WC 2.0.14
