I’d be curious to know as well. I’m actually the opposite of you and always use Yoast’s but thought it was prudent to check out this highly rated plugin.
AFAIK they’re both deliver the same thing, just one might be better than the other for user options.
When it comes to sitemaps, it’s the taking part which counts more than winning.
By this, I mean simply having a sitemap is more beneficial than spending days agonizing over the “priority”, “change frequency” and number of submaps – stuff which is now largely irrelevant due to Google’s vast resources to crawl the web compared to 10-15 years ago.
