Hello Bruna,
I managed to translate the e-mail via the plugin settings. The other sentence had to be rewritten in the “Forms” section of the plugin under “After submit”, as this was still in English.
The issue has been solved.
Kind regards,
Nick

In reply to: [Simple Event Planner] Calendar dates on mobile not displayed correctlyHi there,
I noticed you resized the webpage on a desktop or laptop. The error doesn’t show up when resizing on larger screens. The error only shows up when using a mobile phone.
Would you mind opening the page on your mobile phone and verifying the error? I have multiple users who have contacted me about this issue.
Kind regards,
Nick

In reply to: [Simple Event Planner] Calendar dates on mobile not displayed correctlyHello there,
Unfortunately, the issue still persists. I am using Google Chrome so the calendar should most definitely work. I have asked the website owners to check the calendar on their phone and they all have the same issue. Not everyone sees the error, however. See screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/WZxg9zC
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Simple Event Planner] Calendar dates on mobile not displayed correctlyHi there,
When resizing the page on my desktop device, the layout looks good. However, on my phone it doesn’t. I’ve tried clearing the cache several times but I can’t get it to work.
Kind regards, Nick

In reply to: [Simple Event Planner] Calendar dates on mobile not displayed correctlyHi there,
I’m sorry to tell you this code hasn’t fixed the issue. On the mobile version of https://parochiezaalhorendonk.be/beschikbaarheid/ , the calendar dates are still not right.

In reply to: [Simple Event Planner] Calendar dates on mobile not displayed correctlyHey Saadali,
It’s been quite some time since your response, but I haven’t seen an update of the plugin yet. Do you know when the update will be released? The issue still persists without the update.
Kind regards, Nick

I don’t want to add a new language, I want to use Dutch as the standard language. But how do I configure Loco Translate, so that the plugin uses Dutch?

In reply to: [Simple Event Planner] How to add translation?Hey guys, it worked!
I cleared the cookies and resaved the general language settings a few times, and now it works. Thanks for your help!
Now for my next question: why is only the back-end being translated? If you look at the front-end calendar (https://parochiezaalhorendonk.be/beschikbaarheid/), it seems that none of the text here is translated. How does this come?
What’s more, some strings that appear in the calendar don’t even exist in the .pot file itself! For example, the text “There are no events in this period” doesn’t appear anywhere in POEDIT. Is this normal? This is the most important text that has to be translated.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Simple Event Planner] How to add translation?I live in Belgium, and my WordPress language setting is set to “Dutch (Belgium). So I have now changed the names to nl_BE instead of nl_NL. Is this correct? Translation still doesn’t work by the way.

In reply to: [Simple Event Planner] How to add translation?I think we missed a few steps here.
So what I have done is this:
1. Compiled the file, so I now have a .mo and a .po file.
2. named these files “simple-event-planner-nl_NL.mo” (and .po) (is this right?)
3. Placed the files in the plugins language folder
4. Re-saved the language settings in WordPressBut it doesn’t work yet. Do I have to do something else? (I’m using POEDIT on my desktop by the way, is this right? Or is there a plugin?)
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Simple Event Planner] How to add translation?Hello,
Yes, I have compiled the .po file using POEDIT and I now have a .mo file.
What should I do with this .mo file to use it on my website? Also, if you’d like, I can send the files to you so you have an almost completed Dutch translation.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Simple Event Planner] How to add translation?Hello,
As previously askes, could you tell me how I add this translation to the plugin? I’ve added the languages files but the text remains in English.
Kind regards,
Nick
