Hi Paulina
Thank you kindly for your reply. I’m not at all familiar with Jetpack – it was installed by a previous designer who designed my client’s product pages and I re-designed the rest of the site. I see that Jetpack is used for site analytics (Stats) and “Jetpack Blocks” (Writing) but I cannot see any other features enabled.
I set up the caching plugin WP Rocket and also Imagify to optimise all images on the site. The site is loading quickly however a number of product images do not appear on desktop now until the page is refreshed and I wonder if using two caching plugins (Jetpack and WP Rocket) is causing issues? I ensured that “Enable Site Accelerator” was disabled in Jetpack before I installed WP Rocket.
Any advice you have on this issue would be very much appreciated.
Also you mentioned that “the 65 KB size of the CDN cache is relatively small and typically wouldn’t impact a well-configured WordPress site negatively.” so that sounds good, thank you!

Do you have any other thoughts/suggestions s as to how I can access the WordPress dashboard?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Help! Unable to login to my clients WordPress dashboard. Thanks @macmanx Yes I did make the site url and home url correct as per your instructions but it threw the home url out (weird descending menu display on the home page) so I had to change it back.
How do I increase the the disk usage for?public_html/ ?

In reply to: Help! Unable to login to my clients WordPress dashboard.?@macmanx?also, I just checked the disk usage and public_html/ looks like it’s at maximum capacity (1,627.53 MB). Would this have any bearing on the issue?

Hi @wfmargaret
Thank you very much for your reply and instructions. Do I need to disable the?firewall optimization?temporarily on both the staging and production sites prior to migration?
Many thanks ??
Hi @wfmargaret
Thank you so much! Enabling?Learning Mode?in the firewall on the production site worked! I can now edit the pages I was having issues with! I really appreciate your help.
Cheers, Nicky
Hi @wfmargaret
Thank you for your quick reply and recommendation. I had already set Wordfence firewall to Learning Mode on the staging site I’m working on (the following advice is on the Wordfence Firewall page):
“WP STAGING – Wordfence firewall deactivated
We`ve disabled the WordFence Web Application Firewall on this site by renaming the WordFence file user.ini to make sure this staging site will work perfectly fine.?
When you push this site to live, your WordFence firewall settings on the live site will not be affected by this step.”Should I also be setting Wordfence firewall to Learning Mode on the production live site?
… also I don’t have access to cPanel, is there any other way for me to access the deleted pages database tables and files? I could ask my client to do in CPanel?
Hi @fayyazfayzi
Thank you for the link. The issue is when I’m logged in to the production site there isn’t an option to delete the staging site. Under Staging it says “if you transfer this staging site to the production site…” and “if you want to clone this site click on …” There isn’t “your staging site” and there is no database or directory listed or any “Actions” button.
