Yes the options table.
In a wordpress multisite installation i “network installed” the plugin, after testing i “network uninstalled” it, it left about 10 rows on the options table of each site.

I want to make the top 10 plugin style matches the related posts style.
I’m using this related posts css: https://kevin.deldycke.com/2012/04/beautify-contextual-related-posts-wordpress-plugin/

I’ve tried to apply that to the top 10 plugin but failed miserably, it just doesn’t look right on my site.

I learned something today =D

If you have a multisite you cannot “network activate” (for all sites) this plugin. You have to leave it deactivated and then go to each specific site and go to plugins and only then it will appear there, then activate it for each site.

That’s weird, on a multisite installation you cannot install plugins for each site you have a network admin panel (/wp-admin/network/) And that’s the only place where you can install plugins for all sites on the network, you can’t choose which site get it, once you do “network activate” it will be active for the whole network.

Where is the “recreate index” button? i can’t find it.

This is a multisite, so far it only works properly for 1 site. I’m not very good at this i tried to follow your steps, this is the info i gather:

1. deleted cache, 140 rows is correct the site has 140 posts:

3. Searching on mysql database, there are 3 sites where i need the plugin:
wp_2 is https://www.nicoblog-games.com/psp-iso/ (works)
wp_3 is https://www.nicoblog-games.com/nds-roms/ (doesn’t work)
wp_6 is https://www.nicoblog-games.com/gba-roms/ (doesn’t work)

Searching:
crp_content: No matches on any site of the network.

crp_title:
-1514 matches in wp_2_postmeta
– No matches elsewhere.

crp_related:
-1514 matches in wp_2_postmeta
-55 matches in wp_3_postmeta (probably reindexing)
-14 matches in wp_6_postmeta

I believe there’s some sort of problem with the multisite compatibility but i knoiw nothing, i hope you can help me, let me know if there’s any info you need.

Hmm, i think this plugin works perfectly fine with my setup. The only problem happens with the top10 plugin.
If i find a way the top10 plugin keep using it’s own timthumb plugin when related posts it’s installed then the problem is solved.

I think i got confused with so many zeroes.
50000000 bytes so around 50MB, not GB my apologies, i got scared.

So back to the original problem then: When i install this plugin a conflict with Top10 plugin by Ajay D’Souza happens because thumbnails on his top10 plugin start disappearing.

This is wordpress multisite install (not sure if important) OK.
The images are all hosted externally on flickr, my media library is empty.

Timthumb says, the images don’t exist, and i know they don’t they are on flickr, but they work fine with top10 plugin alone.

delete related posts plugin and delete all images from media library:

thumbnails are back.

My theory is that “related posts” must come with a timthumb. So when i install this plugin all other plugins that need timthumb start using related posts version that might be not configured to work properly with external hosted images.

I did now. They say if i use the same account for all sites disqus will try to sync all comments on all sites..so i must use a different one for each site of the network.

Disqus is not ready for multisite imo.

You either use a single account for the whole network and disqus threat it like 1 site.

Or use a different account for each site of the network.

I noticed this problem because some thumbnails on the Top10 plugin by Ajay D’Souza started dissapearing. That plugin uses timthumb to create thumbnails. i believe it must be related to the problem.
